From June 6 to 30, Heavenly Melody conducted its first international tour in three years, its first post COVID-19 pandemic. Over the span of 25 days, Heavenly Melody conducted Gospel outreach meetings in 21 Chinese churches in six countries: Italy, Spain, France, Switzerland, Austria, and Luxembourg. The meetings reached nearly 7,000 people and more than 100 people gave their lives to Jesus. ORTV Executive Director and Heavenly Melody Director Daniel Hsieh led the choir on this tour, which took place on Heavenly Melody’s 60th anniversary year.
ORTV Europe Missionary Rev. Ivan Tao expressed that although over 300,000 ethnic Chinese live in Europe, presently, there are only about 350 Chinese churches and 200 pastors. Europe greatly needs the Gospel. Praise God for this opportunity to share God’s love with many in Europe and foster stronger connections with the local churches there.
