On July 6, 2005, a special Forum on Globalization was conducted at ORTV's Taipei headquarters for the staff. The development of globalization as presented in Thomas L. Friedman's new book, The World Is Flat, provided the focus.

Outsourcing, a phenomenon so often in the news, is just one dimension of a much more fundamental change in our world. Friedman names Dalian, China as a new major center for outsourcing. StudioClassroom is already well known in that area and new opportunities to further train the people that strategic are just opening up.
