In May, Studio Classroom teachers and the Sunshine Singers held English rallies in 15 middle and high schools in Kaohsiung. The program, ¡§Life Is a Gift,¡¨ included English conversation practice, games, songs, skits and an encouraging message. Studio Classroom staff reminded students that life is a gift from God. The song, ¡§Life is a Gift¡¨ written ORTV staff, was sung at each school. ORTV staff reminded students that God has given us a special gift, life, which we should treasure.

Teachers and students responded with enthusiasm. Teachers remarked that the message of life being a gift was timely, especially for students who feel lost. It was a very positive and rewarding experience for our staff as well. They remarked that the students' smiles were just as sunny as the weather in southern Taiwan.
