ORTV Staff Host New English Radio Program   Every Sunday night at 8 p.m., people living in Taipei can tune in to English Street, an English language variety show hosted by ORTV staff members Julie Hartlé and Steve Marth. The hour-long program airs on 93.1, the Taipei government radio station. Although not an English teaching program, Taiwanese students can listen in to practice their English, and Taipeiˇ¦s foreign community can enjoy it as well. On a typical show, Julie and Steve play about 20 minutes of diverse music, chat about Taiwanese and international news, and sometimes interview prominent members of the Taipei community. Julie and Steve hope that English Street will encourage listeners with an uplifting, positive message.
