Teaching English to Taiwan's Police Officers   ORTV has a long-standing relationship with Taiwan's National Police Administration (NPA). For a few years now, Studio Classroom teachers have been teaching English to a group of police officers. The class meets weekly, and the police officers come from all over Taiwan. Teacher Phil Archer has found the class to be eye-opening in a lot of ways. ˇ§Because the officers come from all over Taiwan, getting to know them gave me a glimpse of the different problems and issues affecting different areas in Taiwan.ˇ¨ Phil also found that some of the students were seeking for more meaning in their lives. He was able to witness to them, and some have come to our Friday Night Live English Bible studies. Praise God for these opportunities to share his love with our friends at the NPA.
