Heavenly Melody Sets Off on European Tour

It has been four years since Heavenly Melody last toured Europe. This month, the choir will perform again in Chinese churches around the continent. Their 14 concerts will take place in Austria, Italy, France, England and Ireland. Besides the Heavenly Melody choir members, the performances will also feature Doris Brougham and Suzanne Shu, an erhu player originally from Beijing.

The desire of the choir is to lead people to Jesus Christ by proclaiming the gospel through their music. "We want to give people the words of God," said Tammy Lin, a long-time member of the choir. "We also want to lift up the Christians and encourage them to continue to follow Christ."

Lin is especially looking forward to returning to Belfast, Ireland. The Heavenly Melody Singers have been frequenting the island for more than 20 years. "We have many lovely friends there," she explained.

Please pray for the Heavenly Melody singers as they travel throughout Europe, sharing the love of Christ through music. Continue to check the Web site for periodic updates of the trip. For a detailed tour schedule, go to www.heavenlymelody.com.tw.!
